Montenegro Make It 100!

Show of hands....when I say "Montenegro" you think of.....Hugo Montenegro, the guy who wrote the I DREAM OF JEANNIE theme? Right?

Well, there is another Montenegro...its a nation in the Balkans, part of what was Yugoslavia. And tonight Montenegro became the 100th nation to have a a citizen log unto this blog.
